Deployment model
Designed to be deployed by a Microsoft 365 or SharePoint administrator using the included guide. Typical deployment is a single working session, not a project.

Licensed annually to one verified business domain. Active licence includes downloads, documentation, supported updates and authenticated support tickets.
Technical requirements
Requires SharePoint Online with a tenant-level App Catalog. The web part requests read-only Microsoft Graph permissions covering Microsoft 365 usage reports and subscribed SKUs — approved once by a tenant admin via SharePoint Admin → API access. Viewers need a directory role that can read tenant reporting data. Per-service metrics populate only where your Microsoft 365 licensing and reporting availability expose them. Note: Microsoft 365 admin-centre 'conceal user details' anonymises usage data, which the dashboard respects.

Common questions.
How is the adoption score calculated?
It's a weighted blend of per-service active-user rates over your chosen reporting period. The weights and the RAG thresholds are configurable in the property pane, so the score reflects what adoption means for your organisation rather than a fixed formula.
Will it show individual users' activity?
It reports at the service and tenant level, not to name-and-shame individuals. If your Microsoft 365 admin centre has 'conceal user details' enabled, the usage data is anonymised and the dashboard honours that.
Does any data leave our Microsoft 365 tenant?
No. The dashboard reads Microsoft Graph usage reports inside your tenant and renders client-side; exports are generated in the browser. The only outbound call is the standard SharePoint Forge licence heartbeat that verifies your subscription — see Privacy Policy §2.
