Support is provided through the SharePoint Forge customer portal for customers with an active licence. We don't operate a public ticket inbox — every support interaction is tied to a verified entitlement.

Support covers

  • Package access issues.
  • Deployment guidance clarification.
  • Documentation questions.
  • Supported configuration queries.
  • Bug reports for unmodified packages.

Support does not cover

  • ×General Microsoft 365 administration.
  • ×Bespoke customisation.
  • ×Tenant-wide troubleshooting unrelated to the package.
  • ×Modified package files.
  • ×Third-party integration issues outside documented scope.

Support covers unmodified SharePoint Forge packages, documentation and deployment guidance. It does not include general Microsoft 365 administration or bespoke customisation unless agreed separately.
