Support is provided through the SharePoint Forge customer portal for customers with an active licence. We don't operate a public ticket inbox — every support interaction is tied to a verified entitlement.

Support does not cover
- ×General Microsoft 365 administration.
- ×Bespoke customisation.
- ×Tenant-wide troubleshooting unrelated to the package.
- ×Modified package files.
- ×Third-party integration issues outside documented scope.
