Who can buy SharePoint Forge?
UK businesses only at this stage. We're a UK sole trader trading below the VAT registration threshold, so we cannot lawfully charge the right tax on sales to consumers outside the UK. Stripe Checkout requires a UK billing address; non-UK orders are refunded automatically and an explanation is emailed. We will expand availability as the business grows.
Is VAT included in the listed prices?
VAT does not apply. We trade below the UK VAT registration threshold (£90k) so the listed GBP price is the price you pay — Stripe Checkout will not add any tax.
How is each package licensed?
Each package is licensed annually to one verified business domain. The package can be used across multiple SharePoint sites in that tenant unless otherwise stated.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access continues until the end of the paid annual term. After cancellation you can keep using the last downloaded version, but lose support, updates and portal downloads.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available within 14 days where the package has not been downloaded.
