Signal365 is now SharePoint Forge

The Signal365 dashboards, now in your SharePoint tenant.

The Signal365 cost, adoption and security dashboards have moved inside Microsoft 365. The same executive views — now rendered as SPFx web parts on your own SharePoint pages, reading live tenant signals where your licensing and availability allow, with no SaaS backend and only the licence heartbeat leaving the tenant.

The Signal365 line

3 executive dashboards for Microsoft 365.

Each dashboard is a complete SPFx solution — live tenant signals where licensing and availability allow, rendered inside your own SharePoint and exported to PDF/PowerPoint for the board pack. Installed via your tenant App Catalog and licensed annually per business domain.

Why we moved

From SaaS to in-tenant.

The biggest change is what we removed: the SaaS layer. Everything else followed from that decision.

Reads your tenant, in your tenant

The dashboards read Microsoft Graph directly in your tenant — live signals where your licensing and service availability expose them. There's no external API and no third-party analytics; the only outbound call is the licence heartbeat that confirms your subscription is current (see Privacy §2 for exactly what it sends).

No additional SaaS subscription

You already pay Microsoft for the underlying signals. The SharePoint Forge package is a one-line annual licence per business domain that turns those signals into a continuous, board-ready dashboard. No per-user pricing.

Lives where your team already works

Drop it onto any SharePoint communication site. Embed it in Teams. Bookmark it. There's no separate portal to keep users signed into, and the SharePoint permission model decides who sees what.

FAQ

The questions Signal365 customers ask first.

Is this the same product as Signal365?

Yes — the Signal365 cost, adoption and security dashboards are the same in-tenant engine, rebuilt as SPFx web parts that run inside your SharePoint Online tenant. They read live Microsoft 365 tenant signals where your licensing and service availability allow. No SaaS portal, no separate login — and the only outbound call is the licence heartbeat (see Privacy §2).

I'm an existing Signal365 customer — what does this mean for me?

Email support@sharepointforge.co.uk and we'll discuss continuity case by case. The Signal365 line now lives inside SharePoint Forge; for active legacy arrangements we work with each customer to land on the cleanest migration path with no double-billing.

What's different about the SharePoint Forge version?

Three things: (1) it runs inside your tenant rather than against an external API, so your data never leaves Microsoft 365 (only the licence heartbeat does); (2) it ships as a standard SPFx package your SharePoint admin uploads to the App Catalog; (3) it slots into the wider SharePoint Forge catalogue alongside our compliance trackers and other Microsoft 365 packages.

How is it licensed?

Annually, per verified business domain. One price covers every user in that tenant — no per-user fees. Each dashboard is licensed separately; see the price on each product page.

Do you still support the original Signal365 SaaS?

For new business we lead with the in-SharePoint version because it removes the SaaS surface entirely. Existing legacy customers should email support directly so we can confirm continuity arrangements case by case.
